RECOMMENDED PRIMER/UNDERCOAT
SURFACE AND PRE-TREATMENT
Surface must be stable, dry, fully set, clean and free from grease, algae, moss and dust.
Absorbent surfaces must be pre-treated with SHADES Wall Primer.
Highly absorbent and powdery surfaces must be clean and stabilized with an appropriate primer. For substrates contaminated with nicotine, damp, rust or soot: clean and insulate with an isolating primer.
Glossy and smooth coats of paint: degrease, sand lightly and make free of dust, then pretreat with SHADES Wall Primer.
APPLICATION
Stir thoroughly prior to use. Always apply 2 coats in case of new outdoor application. For maintenance or indoor application apply 1 or 2 coats using a paint roller, brush or airless paint sprayer. The first coat can be diluted with water. Visit our website for suitable paint accessories.
DRYING TIME AT 23°C. AND RH 65%
Dry after 1 hour, apply a further coat after 4-6 hours.
GENERAL USE
Don’t use below +8°C, in direct sunlight or when there’s a chance of rain. Allow freshly cemented surfaces to cure for at least 6 weeks. Clean tools with water. Transport and store frost-free.
